When does billing actually start?→
After your website is built and you have approved it. The build window costs you nothing. If you do not approve the site, you pay nothing.
How does the billing work?→
Monthly by card, handled by Stripe. Cancel whenever you like and you will not be billed again after the current month. The 30-day money-back guarantee is in writing in our refund policy.
Can I move between sizes?→
Yes, up or down, any time, from the next billing month. The system is the same machine throughout, the size just decides how much of it is switched on.
What happens if I cancel?→
You stop being billed and we will not hold anything hostage. We will talk you through the options for your website and profile before anything changes, with no hard feelings either way.
Why is the website free? What is the catch?→
No catch, just honest maths. A website on its own does not get you found, so we would rather give you the website and charge for the system that does the work. If the system was not worth paying for, the guarantee and the no-contract terms would bankrupt us.
