1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All VANTIVE. subscription plans, including Online Presence (£97/mo), Reputation & Growth (£197/mo), Full Front Office (£397/mo), and AI Receptionist Standalone (£297/mo), are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@vantive.digitalwith the subject line “Refund Request” and include your name and the email address used to sign up. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days and confirm by email once complete.

3. Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the date of your first subscription payment. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, though you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@vantive.digital. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed. There are no contracts, no exit fees, and no notice periods required.

5. Talk Time Overages (AI Receptionist Plans)

The Full Front Office (£397/mo) and AI Receptionist Standalone (£297/mo) plans include £15 of talk time per month. Any usage beyond this allowance is billed at cost and charged in arrears. Overage charges are non-refundable as they represent actual third-party voice infrastructure costs already incurred on your behalf.

6. Free Website Build

The free website build included with all plans is delivered at no additional cost during your first two weeks. If you request a refund within 30 days, the website remains live on our hosting-only plan (£29/mo) or you may request an export of your site files at no charge. We do not charge for the design or build work regardless of whether you continue your subscription.
